Creating pipe network tables
- Tables can be a great way to display lots of information in an organized fashion while clearing up a cluttered drawing. Let's take a look at how they're done for Pipe Networks. I'll start by clicking the Annotate tab of the ribbon, and then under Add Tables and then Pipe Network, you'll see that there are two types of tables. Structure and pipe. Pretty simple. So, we'll start with a structure table, and that brings up the structure table creation dialogue where I can choose style. Notice I'm choosing this one called Structure with Pipes. As with any style, you can create your own and customize them to fit the needs of your organization or your company. Working my way down, I wanna choose the network that I want to include in my table, and I'll choose my road storm network. I can also choose by selecting individual pipes and structures if I want.
