Where do I need to go?…One of the first places is show IP interface brief.…Now a lot of the older guys right now are going,…What? No, you don't do that.…Yes, you do and here's why.…Check to see if the interface is up.…That's an easy win for the troubleshooting process, right?…This can happen.…An interface can go down.…Somebody could've accidentally shut it down.…Turning it back on.…Very simple fix.…Don't forget the simple fixes…when you're in the troubleshooting process.…Another command I would like you to know…is show EIGRP neighbors.…
