In this demonstration, Russ takes you through the configuration of EIGRP on multiple routers. Learn how to configure EIGRP for multiple routers in your autonomous system.
- [Instructor] All right, so we've talked enough…about EIGRP.…Let's actually do something here.…So just like before,…the first thing I want to do is show ip interface brief.…It shows me the interfaces…and the IP addresses assigned to it.…And show cdp neighbors.…This shows me who I'm next to.…Now, I'm here on R2...…Oh, show cdp neighbors. (laughs)…Forgot that last part, didn't I?…So here I can see that we're neighbors with R1, R6, and R5.…Now, R1 and R2 have an OSPF thing going,…and we're not going to interfere with that.…
But R6 and R5,…I want to set up EIGRP.…So let's go ahead and do that now.…First thing we're going to do, show ip route.…Let's make sure we have a way to get to R6 and R5.…You can see we have the OIA routes.…We have 26.0 and 10.25.0.…So 10.26.0 and 10.25.0 both connect to those interfaces…that lead me down to R6 and R5.…Great, we're on the right track.…So what I need to do is come up…with the actual EIGRP configuration.…
We're going to start with conf t, configure terminal,…and then we're going to go ahead…
