- And now we need to add Caller Writing Intelligence to our Communications Manager Server, where we're going to put into practice what we learned earlier about devices pointing to Route Groups, pointing to Route Lists, pointing to Route Patterns. Let's go into a Call Routing, Route/Hunt and we've got our device created. Now let's create the Route Group. You actually create these in alphabetical order, If you think about it. Device D gets created before the Route Group G, that gets created before the Route List L and that gets created before the Route Pattern P, so it's D, G, L, P. It's an alphabetical order that we create these elements of our Route Plan. Let's create our Route Group now. Do we have one by default? We don't see one, we'll say, Add New, and I'll say my Route Group name is, and I'll give it something descriptive. I'll call it HQ-TO-PSTN. And I will add my one and only gateway to this Route Group.…
