- When we're adding an IP phone, something else we can specify is the user associated with that phone. And we can create a user account, give that user account specific permissions and that's what we're going to do in this video. We're going to have a couple of phones at our HQ side and we're going to call those HQ phone 1 and HQ phone 2.
