- Welcome to part three of three in your CLCOR studies. Throughout this three part series we've been getting you ready to take Cisco's CLCOR exam. That's exam number 350-801. That acts as the core exam for the CCNP collaboration certification, and it also acts as the written exam for the CCA collaboration lab. Hi, my name is Kevin Wallace. I've been guiding you through this series and we've been covering every single topic on the CLCOR exam blueprint. Now, here in the final part of the course, we're going to begin by taking a look at how to add some intelligent whole routing to a Cisco unified communications manager server. Next, we'll consider a quality of service. We'll take a look at a couple of collaboration applications, specifically Cisco unity connection and Cisco instant messaging and presence. Then we're going to wrap up this entire course with a look at some exam day strategies. Let's get started.
