- [Instructor] Here's the topology that we have built this far in the course. And in this video, we're going to add the last piece to the puzzle and that is the installation of a Cisco Jabber client. That's going to act as a software-based phone. We've already got a user named HQ Phone 3 with the password of Cisco. It's associated with that CSF type of phone, which is Cisco Jabber. And it has a directory number of 2003. So we want to get this installed on a Mac. The procedure for Microsoft Windows is very similar but we want to get this installed on a Mac, log in, and make sure we can make a phone call to one of our existing phones like HQ Phone 1.
