- [Instructor] Guest services are a way that we can provide access to our network in a secure manner to users outside of our typical internal employees such as contractors, consultants or visitors. This is a way that we can provide wired and wireless guest passes that have limited access to these less trusted users. We're going to take a look here at using Cisco ISE guest services to provide this functionality in order to understand the importance and possibilities with guests services. In Cisco ISE, we have a few different types of guests portals by default. If we go into our top work centers menu that we see here near the right hand side under the section for guest access on the left, we can click settings near the bottom of that list. And from here, we can choose the tab for guest username policy that we also see on the left. Underneath that on the left, we also have guest password policy where we can configure the passwords.
