Cisco certification opportunities

- [Jenny] So what can Cisco certifications do for you? I'm frequently asked about job opportunities for Cisco certified professionals. My answer is search the popular job sites. Look for CCNA, CCNA DevNet, CCNP, and so on for job openings. The result is opportunities in all shapes and sizes. Cisco offers so many specialized certifications, covering everything from security, to enterprise, to cloud, to infrastructure, and so much more. And these openings are available from entry level to CIOs. They span multiple industries, including law enforcement, healthcare, Homeland Security, social media. In fact, you'd be pretty hard pressed not to find any industry not affected by information technology. According to Global Knowledge, 85% of IT professionals had at least one IT certification and 66% are pursuing another cert this year. Robert Half, the world's largest specialized staffing firm, recommend Cisco certifications as they are the leading provider of infrastructure products. I'm Jenny Griffith and I'm going to show you how to prep for Cisco's new CCNA cert. I'm not saying this is going to be easy. If it was everyone would be Cisco certified, but after 20 years of using Cisco equipment and teaching Cisco cert classes, I've got a pretty good idea of what it takes for you to pass your exam and become what employers all around the worlds recognize as Cisco certified. If you're ready to begin your prep to become a member of this elite group, join me in my LinkedIn Learning course Test Prep 200-301 CCNA. See you there.
