From the course: Cisco CCNP ENARSI v1.1 (300-410) Cert Prep: 1 Layer 3 Technologies
Chapter 1 summary
- In this module we considered three layer-three technologies. First we saw how we could take routes from one routing protocol and redistribute them into another routing protocol and vice versa. Then we saw how policy-based routing or PBR could override the forwarding decisions of an IP routing table and let us dictate how to forward packets. And finally, we saw how we could virtualize a router and have multiple virtual routers all share the same physical router while being logically isolated from one another. Now in our next module, we're going to see how to troubleshoot some of our layer three routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF and BGP. I'll see you there.
