- [Instructor] Here we see the typology that we have built thus far in the course. Now we're going to add a unified messaging component. We might call this a voicemail component, but it really does more than voicemail. What we're specifically referring to is CUC or Cisco Unity Connection. In this video, we're going to add a CUC or a Cisco Unity Connection server at our headquarters site, and it's going to provide voice messaging and we'll configure voicemail services for our phones there, HQ phone1 and HQ phone2. And at the end of the video, the goal is for HQ phone1 and phone2 to be able to call one another, and if the other party does not answer after the ten second timeout that we can figured earlier, then that call is going to be forwarded off to a voicemail, specifically to the voice mailbox of that phone's user.
