Blocking out the chest and hips
- In this video, we're going to model the chest and hips of our creature. While modelling these elements isn't a whole lot different than other parts of our creature, the Mirror-Modifier will need some adjustments to avoid problems later in the modelling process. In addition, we need to model the chest and hips to follow the contours of the creature's anatomy. So, that all sounds simple, and it is. But first we need to clean up our scene a little bit. You can see we've got a lot of stuff here we may or may not need, so if you found that the front and the back notes here are helpful, you can keep those on. They're just going to be over here in your Alpiner. I'm going to go ahead and turn those off just so we don't have to stare at them in the videos here. And we just hit the little eyeball. They're probably called texts because we didn't rename em. And we'll just turn those guys off. Also, we've got this light here in our scene, and that light right there is going to be causing us some…
