Projects and Albums are handy organizational tools, usually housing a collection of your images. In this video, Derrick Story shows you how to create and use Projects and Albums to help you organize your images in the User Collections area of Capture One Pro.
- [Instructor] Up in this area right here,…Catalog Collections, that is created…by the application, and it's very handy.…So, we have all of our imports here.…Here's the one we just brought in,…and here are some that I did earlier.…However, I want to take a little more control of this…because I just don't want to live by this right here.…Over time I'm going to forget, you know,…what is in December 21st and what is…in December 29th.…So, let's give things real names,…and to do that we're going to come down…to User Collections, and we're going to create a project.…
So, I'm going to click on plus, and go to Project right there.…And let's give this project a name.…Let's call it Olympus Pen-F, because that's what it is.…So, Olympus Pen-F, and click OK.…So, now we have our own project within the catalog.…Now, I can't drag pictures directly…into the project, and I'll show you that.…Let me do Command A here,…and if I want to just drag them in,…it doesn't let me do anything.…It says, "No, you can't do that.…
You have to have an album within your project."…
