Capture One has an extensive set of professional editing tools, but sometimes you just want to fix an image quickly. In this video, instructor Derrick shows how to use the Auto Adjustment tool, plus some of the other basic sliders to help you apply quick corrections to your shots.
- [Instructor] I want to use … some of these great editing tools in Capture One Pro … to make one of my three-star images look better. … So, we'll start with this one right here. … I'll double-click on it. … We get a bigger view of it, which is much better for editing … than working on the thumbnail. … There a number of different ways to go. … I'm going to show you a fast way right now, … so that you can turn around this image quickly, … get it on your Instagram account or Facebook … or share it on a web page, … those sort of things where you don't want to spend … a whole lot of time improving the shot. … First thing to do is come up right here to where that A is. … That A stands for auto adjust. … Now, it does a number of things. … Just by clicking on that one icon, … you can see those things right there. … So, what Capture One Pro does is it analyzes the shot … and then applies the corrections that it deems necessary. … Let's do that right now. … I'll just click on that A, … and we have an auto adjustment made. …
