Zooming for emphasis

In this lesson, we are going to see how we can create what's called a zoom area in Captivate. This is an area that allows us to emphasize certain areas of our slides by making them larger and providing some animation. We will be using the Chapter 5_e file that we created in an earlier part of this chapter. If you don't have it open, please open it now and then go to slide number 4. I would like to emphasize the first quarter of this slide. I'm going to do it by using what's called a zoom area. I can insert a zoom area from my toolbar, right here, looks like a magnifying glass.

Select it and you'll see that we get two objects that will automatically appear on the Timeline. One of them is my zoom source, and the other is the amount of time that will be displaying.
