Standardizing closed captions

- [Instructor] Don't waste time standardizing closed caption appearance slide by slide. Here's how to format closed captions for your entire project. On any slide that uses closed captions, click the Closed Captioning button. In the resulting window, click the CC Settings icon which looks like a gear. Open the center drop down. Choose project, so you can define the look for the whole project. Here I'll make the changes to the appearance of the closed captions. Check the Show Closed Captions checkbox. Then check the checkbox labeled Override Slide Level Settings With Project Settings. Without this step, the settings will not be applied to all slides. Click apply. Click close, and then click close again. Preview the project. The formatting for closed captions looks the same on every slide.
