Sharing a project

In this lesson we're going to look at how we can share a project using Acrobat.com. We're going to be using the Chapter 14 store_b file that we developed earlier in this chapter. If you don't have it open, please open it now. I'd like to share this file with another person. I could pack it all up, burn it on a DVD and mail it to them. I could try to get all the pieces together and put it on an FTP site and hope that they can find it, or I could use Acrobat.com and let Captivate do all the heavy lifting.

Let's take option 3. From the File menu choose Collaborate and Share Files on Acrobat.com. You need to have an Adobe ID in order to share files on Acrobat.com. If you don't have an Adobe ID you can create one now by clicking this link here. I have an Adobe ID and so I'm going to use it now.

Click Sign In to sign into Acrobat.com. Captivate automatically picks the name of the file to be the same as your project. This makes good sense and makes it easy to find lat...
