Publishing for offline viewing

- [Instructor] Do you have stakeholders who need to review a project offline? Here's how to publish nonresponsive projects as a PDF for offline or on-the-go viewing, while still preserving the interactive and quiz functionality. Again, this works only for nonresponsive projects. You also need Adobe Reader and Flash Player to view the exported content. Please note that Adobe will no longer support Flash Player after December 2020. So let's go to the publish menu, then publish to computer. Specify the folder you want to publish to. Deselect the zip files checkbox. Make sure SWF is selected for output format, then be sure to check the export PDF checkbox. Click publish. Captivate works for several moments, then displays a notification saying, to view the generated PDF file, you must have Adobe Reader version nine or later. Click OK. Captivate notifies you the publish completed successfully. Do you wish to view the output?…
