Join David Rivers for an in-depth discussion in this video Creating closed captions, part of Learning Captivate 7.
Whenever we work with audio or even video in one…of our captivate projects, we need to consider our audience.…Unfortunately, not everyone's going to be able…to hear what they're seeing on our slides.…So in those cases, we might want to consider adding closed captioning.…Even make it an option that can be turned on or off.…That's exactly what we're going to do with our Kinet Eco Orientation project here.…If you want to get caught up with me, open up…KEOrientation0405 from the Chapter Four folder.…You can see I have labelled the slides…accordingly that we've been working with, with our video.…
Also the video objects that appear on those slides have been labelled.…and we are going to start right here at side 15…which is the first part of our video public service announcement.…We are going to select the object which looks like a black rectangle right now.…Its the first frame of our video and over here on the right…hand side on the Properties panel we will click Edit Video Timimg .…Now our timing is probably spot-on.…
