Change the opening image

- [Instructor] Do you wish you could replace the blank screen at the start of every Captivate project with something else? When we preview this project as HTML5 in Browser, we're presented with a blank screen with a gray play button, which you have to click to get to your first slide. You can specify an image to be displayed instead. First, prepare the image you'd like to use. It should have the same screen dimensions as your project. Next, open the File menu. Click Publish Settings. In the settings window, open the Project accordion on the left hand side. Then choose Start and End. In the Project Start Options area at the top, next to Auto Play, click Browse. A dialog box appears, asking you to choose the image from the library you'd like to use. If the image isn't in the library yet, click import. Navigate to the image you've prepared, select it, and click open. Click OK. Now preview the project again. Your image now appears instead of just the blank screen. Many people use this method instead of a title slide as the first slide in a project. That's how to change the plain opening blank screen.
