Aligning objects

- [Instructor] Aligning the elements on a screen keeps your layouts looking organized and professional. To find the alignment tools, click the window menu, then choose align. The alignment tools appear in a ribbon across the top of the screen. Select the items you wish to align. Hovering over any icon displays a tooltip indicating what that icon does. Many of the align tools you're used to seeing in other softwares are here such as align left and distribute vertically. Notice the difference between align center, which centers objects relative to each other, and center horizontally on the slide. Don't forget the resize buttons. Here I'll click resize to the same width, which makes the selected objects the same width. You can use the right-most buttons in the align ribbon to affect stacking order in the timeline.
