Aggregating multiple lessons together
- When creating eLearning topics, it's common to have several trainings, where it makes sense to group them together. You can use Aggregator to create a shell with a table of contents to kind of sew multiple Captivate projects altogether into one centralized interface. To use this, you have to first publish your Captivate projects as SWFs. Note this won't work for HTML5 output. Then, the published Aggregator file or shell can publish itself out as a SWF, EXE file, PDF, or HTML. Let's try this out. I'm going to open each one of the four main projects we've worked on at various points during this course. Organization Overview is the one about the KinetEco executive team. KinetEco Products is about the best-selling KinetEco products. CFL Wattage is about how to select the correct CFL bulb wattage.
