Jump into your elearning design journey feet first. You can only learn by experimenting and finding areas to grow.
- Congrats for making it through this course.…You now have figured out what your program…might look like and how to build it.…The next step is it just do it.…Jump in, start experimenting.…You're probably not gonna get it right the first time…and that's okay.…In fact, that's great,…because it's the only way you're going to learn yourself…and then improve the learning experience for others.…Become a learner alongside your participants.…Observe their journey.…Towards the end of your training, send out surveys.…Take all that information in and figure out…how to revise your program and then do it all over again.…
Another suggestion is to start…taking e-learning courses yourself…and really get into the role of a learner.…What do you like and not like?…What works for you?…And then apply that new understanding to your own program.…As you're moving through this process,…I would love to hear all about your trials and tribulations.…Please feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn.…Most of all, have fun.…
