Improving the view with reframing

- [Instructor] If your media was created at a higher resolution than your project file, you have some wiggle room for reframing. In this project the canvas is 1280 x 720, a pretty common resolution for web video. However, the first clip in the timeline was actually shot at full HD, 1920 by 1080, a higher resolution. This offers creative options during editing. In the properties panel the clip has been scaled down to about 66% to fit the canvas. This means the clip can be scaled up to a maximum of 100% and reframed for a different look without losing any sharpness. 4K has even more options. This 4K clip is scaled to 33% to fit the canvas, and could potentially be scaled up anywhere between 33 and 100%, offering numerous different looks and reframing options.
