Importing media from a Mac

- [Instructor] To take your screencast to the next level, consider importing and using additional media files from your Mac. Camtasia can use a wide range of file types including images in the JPEG and PNG formats, audio files in AIFF, MP3, WAVE, and AAC formats and most any video file that QuickTime can play such as an MOV or an MP4 file. You can find the complete listing of all of the files that are supported on techsmith.com. Media files need to be imported into the project's media bin. You can do this by going up to the File menu and selecting Import Media or pressing Command + I, then navigate on your hard drive to find the file that you want to import, select it, and click the Import button. the file will appear inside of your media bin. You can also write or control click on an empty area of the media bin and select Import Media from the contextual menu, then find the file that you want to import, select it and click the Import button.
