Creating slow motion video
- [Instructor] To create slow motion video you'll need a 60 frames per second file, which is double the standard frame rate on most phones and cameras. If your camera is capable of this you'll find it in the settings. Once you've imported your 60 frames per second clip drag and drop it to the timeline. Camtasia recognizes the high speed footage and asks you to choose a frame rate. Choose keep project at 30 fps and click Continue. Next right click the clip and add a clip speed. In the Properties panel change your speed to .5 and preview your clip. Now keep in mind the audio comes along for the ride so if half speed audio doesn't work for you select the audio tab and mute the clip. Now playback the clip for a slow motion effect.
