What do you focus on in a real estate shoot?

- So a walkthrough like that, a good thorough one, could easily take 20 minutes. That's not too much time at all, and even if I've only booked out, just say, an hour and a half, which would be pretty typical I think, for the total time I'm gonna spend at this property, 20 minutes is not too long to spend, walking around, looking at things, and planning out a shot list. It's easy to panic and think that you've got to pick up a camera, and start shooting right away. You notice, I haven't even taken my camera out of the case yet. Try putting it in this perspective, we're here to try and sell something that's gonna sell for, I don't know, I'm estimating on this neighborhood, this house, three quarters of a million dollars, and I'm talking about spending ten minutes inside and ten minutes outside, thinking and planning about what to photograph. Doesn't seem like too much time to me. And I'm telling you that that 20 minutes, out of that total of 90, that were gonna spend here, is time well…
