Using the Quick Navi screen

- As we explained in the previous movie, the LCD on back of your camera is very useful while shooting in live view. Plus, it records information and displays things during image review. Now, you can cycle through the different modes on the LCD by pressing the display button. And the fourth mode is the Quick Navi screen. This allows you to quickly access all of the camera settings that are most useful without having to dig into the menus. So, pressing the function button will allow you to navigate through all of the icons displayed. To select the desired item, use the left and right and up and down arrows on the control wheel. Now, you can set the items using the front dial. For example, maybe you've navigated to drive mode, and you want to change the burst mode or the self-timer mode. Some settings also use the back dial for further refinement. For example, maybe you are using the different spot metering modes, and you want to change to specific choices. This works very well for…
