Shooting in scene modes

- Your camera also offers the ability to shoot in scene modes, and this is really striking the balance between shooting in Auto mode and taking manual control or more advanced shooting modes. The a7 Series cameras offer nine different creative modes, or scene modes, and each of these really influences the camera's decision making process, making it a bit more optimized for particular shooting situations. To engage the Scene mode's pretty easy. Just press the dial and turn it to SCN. It's located right next to AUTO. Then you simply spin the front dial here to choose between the different scene modes, and each has an icon in the upper-left corner to indicate which mode you're using. Keep in mind that scene modes don't really unlock any special features in the camera. Rather, they're a lot more like a recipe.
