You should now feel pretty comfortable with all the buttons and dials on your camera. Of course, knowing is really only half the solution. You now need to get out there and practice with your camera as well as check out some of the other courses like Ben Long's Foundations of Photography series, and the DSLR Video Tips series, as well as some of the courses on timelapse and panoramic shooting. By combining this additional practical knowledge with how to compose photos and design the shot, plus the technical knowledge you now have, you could start to make some great images.
