Building a ground-level light and camera stand

- I'm a studio photographer and I often run into the challenge where I can't get my light low enough on the ground. If you think about it, a light stand usually only goes about, let's say, yea high or yea low. And if I want this light on the ground that can be a bit of a challenge. So let's just pretend this is the ground here, I want the light like this. And maybe I can get some sandbags and prop it up, but what I really want to do is find a way to mount this thing rigidly on the ground so I have all the same control of tilting it and turning it like I would on a light stand, but at ground level. And the same thing might happen with the camera itself, you may have seen in my macro-photography course that I showed how you could take many tripods, not all, but many of them, invert the center post, and actually mount the camera upside-down so you can get it literally inches off of the ground. And that's really cool, but it's not all that flexible and it can be a bit inconvenient. So if…
