CakePHP naming conventions: Learning CakePHP 3
CakePHP naming conventions: Learning CakePHP 3

CakePHP naming conventions follow many of the same patterns that were established with CakePHP 2, along with PSR-0 and PSR-4. CakePHP controllers are plural and CamelCased and end in Controller. CakePHP URLs are dashed and lowercase. Filenames generally match the name of the class and follow the PSR-0 or PSR-4 standards for autoloading.
