Using audio and video in your slides
Reveal JS lets you easily add audio, or video to your presentations. You simply use the HTML 5 audio or video tag. Reveal JS does give you some additional attributes, that will let you control your presentations better. So let's take a look. I've already added an additional folder to my Reveal folder called media, and placed an audio file in there. So when I add that to my presentation, I'm going to do it on the second slide, so this slide right here. I'll just go ahead, and add an audio tag, and put in the location of my audio file which is in the media folder, and it's called Intro.mp3. Now if I just go to the second slide now, you won't be able to see anything because audio files don't really have any sort of display, unlike video files. So, I could type in the word controls here, and that would show me the controls so that I could actually manually play this audio. And I can pause it and scrub it if I want to.
