Success page

- [Narrator] A form success message can be a complete game changer in terms of customer retention, loyalty and trust. You need to communicate and be clear on what's going to happen next. After all, your users took time out of their day to fill out your form, at least make sure they know that this was done correctly. Don't leave your users hanging, unsure if the form was actually submitted. Your web form is not just a means by which you can collect data and pester your customers with emails afterwards. Every form submission is in fact a bridge of communication you established between you and your future customer. And your form fields are nothing but little signals you give your customer that you are there ready to talk. Your success message may be a new page or it could be more of an AJAX or modal window type of interaction that just refreshes in the current page. When it comes to form success message, there's only one basic rule to follow, when the user clicks submit, you need to show you appreciate their input, their questions, their engagement. A successful message is perhaps one of the essential elements to consider when it comes to ensuring that your form leaves your user feeling satisfied and confident that their interaction has been received and some sort of action on your part is being taken.
