Style guides

- [Narrator] Style guides are used to provide a shared vocabulary and a central reference guide for your team. Having documentation for each part of your system can also increase collaboration and understanding across the disciplines. Those style guides are often associated with documentation for a library or framework. There are many other style guides that could be included in your design system such as branding guidelines. Let's take a look at some examples. Atlassian's branding guidelines starts with information about their personality which gives us a lot of insight into their mission and their values. They've also included guidelines for their writing style, and color usage with examples of their color palette. As well as their illustration, typography, and logo usage.
