Position pseudo-elements: Design the Web: Styling a Numbered List

We position our pseudo-elements. One thing we need to take care of first is to make sure the parent elements of the pseudo-elements, which are the list items here, have a positioning property as well. We first add a position property of ‘relative’ to the parent list item so pseudo-elements position. Then we add positioning properties to the pseudo element itself.
