They provide you with an opportunity to converse with your end users, help them fulfill their tasks, and therefore enable you to connect and to personalize an interaction with your viewers. The differences between a great form and a bad one can be almost too subtle to notice or can even be completely counter-intuitive. The color of a button, the location of labels, the manner in which the inputs are formatted, the placement of the form itself, you name it, everything seems to have an impact on a form's performance. Just remember, content should be relevant. The link between what your users just read and what you're asking must be clear. Content should be concise.
