Create an loading animation using only HTML and CSS. There are a few different terms that refer to these types of animations, including throbbers, spinners, or AJAX loaders. So no matter what you call them, you're going to create one, that is easily resizable, and doesn't use any graphics. Start with a figure element, and add eight div elements inside that, then style and animate those divs to create the animation.
