- [Instructor] Easing in GSAP lets you control the acceleration of the animation. And there are a lot of different options here. So to create an ease, you use the ease parameter, and then you add an acceleration plus a type. The accelerations can be any one of these keywords. And they are pretty different. You can't really tell what they actually do with these names. And then there are three different types. You can use easing in ,easing out, or easing in and out. There's a very nice visualizer that you can use. And you can take a look at it right here where you can see the different types and how they work. So when you click on any of these types, it's going to show you what that eating type is going to do. You can see here that Expo doesn't really mean very much. So clicking on these really does help.
