Create a custom counter: Design the Web: Styling a Numbered List

We begin by opening the HTML file and reviewing the contents. In the file, there is a basic layout started. There are styles inline, so we can can write the CSS and see the HTML file at the same time. We see the header, then the unordered list that is in place. We redefine the way the list item displays by using pseudo-elements. We create a custom counter in our CSS.
