Using the XP Gaseous material

- [Narrator] In the absence of a third party renderer like Cycles 4D, Octane, Arnold or Redshift the Gaseous material can be used to render volumes created by objects such as the new explosure effects. So lets just arrange the layout so that we can see the material manager and what we can do is create a new Gaseous material like so, and we can apply that directly to the explosure object. And for best results its usually a good idea to cache simulations like this so I'm going to save mine to the desktop. I already have an XP cache here and you can just press this button here and choose a place to save it. So I'll build the cache. SO with the cache complete we can play through this and we don't need the particles on any more so we can turn that off and we get reasonable play back of our simulation but it also means that we can scrub and see the whole thing back and forth. SO I'm just going to play through to about here where we've got our explosion happening and I'm just going to render…
