- In this movie, we're going to look at two more tools…that we can use to create more geometry…on the base of our model.…We're going to look at the Knife tool,…and we're going to look at the Bridge tool.…So let's select the cube,…I may go into polygon mode here,…and we're gong to press K for our Knife.…Now by default, the Knife will go into the line mode…with the Restrict to Selection tag on.…Now what that means is that whatever I have selected…the Knife operation will only work there.…
So, if I start just clicking and dragging,…you can kind of see what happens.…Right? It's exactly what you think a knife would do,…I'm just kind of cutting and slashing away at this thing…and look at all this geometry I've made…in the process, right?…All these different pieces…are now individual polygons.…So that's what we get if we're working in the line mode.…Now for the purpose of this course,…we're going to be staying in the loop mode.…
