- [Instructor] Let's look at how we create refractive materials. Liquids in glass are a common request in product visualization, and in this scene, we have a model of a cologne bottle. It's important to note the bottle and the liquid are separate meshes, and also that the liquid mesh intersects the glass slightly. We'll create a new material for the glass bottle and let's do that right now. So I'm going to double-click and bring this over to here, I'm going to rename it Bottle. And let's just double-click it to open up into the Material Editor. Now I'm going to turn off the color channel and I'm going to remove this Default Specular and just leave that like so, and now I'll turn on the transparency channel. Let's close this down and then we'll apply the material to the bottle. You can see it becomes invisible. If we come back into our transparency and have a look, that's because the fraction value is set to one for our needs because we're going to create glass, we could either key in…
