…The wind deformer is an excellent way to create waving flags add a little bit…of movement to a hanging banner.…To get started we need to actually add some geometry into the scene.…Now we don't need any depth to this geometry I just want something waving.…So we'll add a plane into the scene.…Go up to your Object Primitives, click and hold, and choose the Plane Primitive.…Let's change the orientation to plus Z,…and I just want to hover the Y axis and drag it up so…it's out of the ground plane, just pan and orbit around to better frame things up.…
Okay, now of course we need to apply our deformer so just go to the deformers,…click and hold and navigate down here to the Wind Deformer.…Once you have added it to your object manager,…make it the child of the plane by clicking and dragging.…And then, once it's the child of the plane,…you'll notice that it's already generated some animation.…So, all we have to do is press Play and you'll notice we can see some movement.…Now this movement by default is pretty slow, so I'm going to stop playback there…
