- [Instructor] Our model's looking rather monotone,…but that's totally fine.…In a later movie we're going to add materials and lights…and make it look pretty.…We're at the stage now where we just wanna animate…and that's what we're just gonna focus on.…How do we animate in C 4D?…Well, the most common way of creating animation…is by setting keyframes,…and it's possible to create animation…without setting keyfranes at all,…but that's getting ahead of ourselves.…A keyframe in C 4D is essentially a piece of data…stored at a specific point in time,…and all we're doing is moving to a specific point in time…and laying down a marker,…and then we're telling C 4D at this frame,…I want this object to be here and look like this.…
Wouldn't it be cool if we used some of the elements…of our model to wipe on the text elements…so that we're gonna use these outer and inner tubes…to wipe on the H and the sport?…So we can do that by setting keyframes…on the rotation for example.…So I want to keep the rotation off the actual object.…
