Configuring GRE tunnels
- As you already know, the reasons we do our GREs is to create these tunnels across our wide area network to send our information securely. Now there are many ways of doing this. GRE is just one way. It's a very simple, straightforward configuration. Obviously, the first thing that needs to happen is connectivity. So we already do have connectivity between router zero and router one, so it's just a matter now of creating the tunnel on either side. So we'll take it a step at a time. Now I'm going to move the typology to the left. So we'll move it to the left. The reason I do this is so we can have the router open and we can actually look at our interfaces and any other vital information so we don't have to keep moving the screen back and forth.
