Refresher on Extrude and Revolve

- [Instructor] Now I want to talk about extrude and revolve. In generative shape design, we have extrude and revolve. The revolve works basically the same as it does in the freestyle. Click on Revolve, specify your profile, specify your Revolution Axis, and then determine your angular limits. The extrude function in generative shape design allows you to specify a profile. In this case it's a plane or curve, so it has a normal. If I want to, I can specify a direction, and once again determine your limits. You'll notice in the tree, it calls it out as an extrude one. Go ahead and hide that. Now I'm going to switch to the Freestyle workbench, and within the Freestyle Workbench, I have that revolve tool. Again this is basically the same as it is in generative shape. The difference is the Extrude tool. With Extrude surface, you'll see that this looks a bit different. What element do I want to extrude?
