- [Instructor] So just having summarized the mechanics of agile in a new product development environment and how some of the existing agile or the core agile tenets translate into new product development, we can take a look at the particularly unique role of the project manager. This is a foundational understanding for new product development utilizing agile and it contains some critical pieces of information that we'll be introducing now and fleshing out as we go throughout this course.
