Let's take a look at some choices for documentation. First, what kind of media? I prefer web-based. My question is, are you going to print it like you did in the olden days? I make fun, but mark my words, that's going to be the first question you get, can you print this? I really like to use a SharePoint-based internal intranet, but any system you choose is going to be better than nothing. Hyperlinks, everything should be linked to something, that's why I prefer web-based media. We can hyperlink to content, we can hyperlink to websites, we can hyperlink, hyperlink, hyperlink, in this day and age, really, this should be links, links, links.
