- [Instructor] This course is most applicable for practicing professionals involved in new product development. It also requires you to have a familiarity with the agile project management methodology, as it is not an introduction to the agile in and of itself. Key stakeholders who will benefit from this course are project managers, although although other project professionals such as project engineers, manufacturing engineers, and even supply chain engineers will benefit from these concepts. Business analysts and business process improvement professionals charged with making the new product development process more efficient also could benefit from this course. Lastly, I need to mention that because we cannot interact live during this course, I've made a number of assumptions and generalizations based on my industry experience. Whenever possible, I point these out and suggest alternatives if they can be known.
